About the Artist

Brittany Walker Smith is a talented New Zealand-based artist currently pursuing a Doctorate in Fine Art at Elam School of Fine Arts, University of Auckland. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons) in 2020, followed by a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in 2021.

Brittany's work has garnered significant recognition, including being named the Overall Winner of the Eden Arts Awards in 2020 and a finalist in the prestigious Gow Langsford Art Prize the same year. Her artistic journey continues to inspire, reflecting her commitment to innovative and thought-provoking art.
